MaidPro South Miami está contratando Empleados de Limpieza (Housekeepers / House Cleaners) para limpieza de casas, apartamentos y servicios de limpieza residencial. Este puesto de house cleaning sigue rutas residenciales asignadas. Limpiamos hogares diferentes cada día. Las horas pueden variar según los servicios programados en nuestra aplicación móvil.
NUEVA ESTRUCTURA DE PAGO — EFECTIVA EL 28 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 2026
• Limpieza regular: $17.50 por hora.
• Limpieza especializada o primera visita: $18.50 por hora.
• Tiempo de viaje y espera entre casas: $15.00 por hora.
• 100% de las propinas son para el empleado.
• Ayuda de gasolina: $3.00 por cada casa visitada.
• Reembolso del 100% de peajes y estacionamiento autorizados.
HORARIO Y RUTAS
• Lunes a viernes, generalmente de 8:30 AM a 4:00 PM.
• Noches y fines de semana no son requeridos.
• Las horas diarias son variables y no se garantiza un mínimo fijo de horas.
• La empresa asigna las rutas según los servicios programados.
• Servimos Miami-Dade, desde Doral y Hialeah hasta Homestead.
• Debes estar dispuesto a conducir a cualquiera de nuestras zonas de servicio asignadas. Las zonas no se eligen ni se rechazan por conveniencia personal.
• El entrenamiento requiere disponibilidad por las mañanas de lunes a viernes.
RESPONSABILIDADES
• Limpiar baños, cocinas, dormitorios, salas y áreas comunes.
• Aspirar, trapear, desempolvar y desinfectar superficies.
• Seguir el sistema de limpieza residencial de 49 puntos de MaidPro.
• Utilizar correctamente los productos y equipos proporcionados.
• Respetar la privacidad, las pertenencias y el hogar de cada cliente.
• Cumplir las rutas, horarios, procedimientos y estándares de calidad.
• Comunicarse profesionalmente con clientes, compañeros y la oficina.
REQUISITOS OBLIGATORIOS
• Vehículo personal confiable.
• Licencia de conducir de Florida vigente.
• Seguro de automóvil vigente que muestre tu nombre como conductor asegurado del vehículo utilizado.
• Autorización legal para trabajar en Estados Unidos.
• Capacidad para realizar físicamente tareas de limpieza residencial.
• Puntualidad, responsabilidad, atención al detalle y buena comunicación.
• Aprobar una verificación de antecedentes conforme a la ley. Debido al acceso a hogares y pertenencias de clientes, ciertos antecedentes relacionados con robo, violencia, agresión o abuso de confianza pueden ser relevantes para las funciones del puesto. Cada caso será evaluado de acuerdo con la ley aplicable.

NEW COMPENSATION STRUCTURE — EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 28, 2026
• Regular cleaning: $17.50 per hour.
• Specialty or first-time cleaning: $18.50 per hour.
• Travel and waiting time between homes: $15.00 per hour.
• Employees keep 100% of their tips.
• Gas allowance: $3.00 for every home visited.
• 100% reimbursement of authorized tolls and parking.
SCHEDULE AND ROUTES
• Monday through Friday, generally 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
• No nights or weekends required.
• Daily hours vary, and no fixed minimum number of hours is guaranteed.
• Management assigns routes based on scheduled services.
• We serve Miami-Dade from Doral and Hialeah down to Homestead.
• You must be willing to drive to any assigned service area. Employees may not choose or reject areas based on personal convenience.
• Initial training requires morning availability Monday through Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
• Follow MaidPro’s 49-point residential cleaning system.
• Properly use the cleaning products and equipment provided.
• Respect every client’s privacy, belongings, and home.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, procedures, and quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and the office.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Current auto insurance showing your name as an insured driver of the vehicle used.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to physically perform residential cleaning duties.
• Punctuality, responsibility, attention to detail, and good communication.
• Ability to pass a background check consistent with applicable law. Because this position involves access to clients’ homes and belongings, certain records involving theft, violence, assault, or breach of trust may be relevant to the duties of the position. Each case will be evaluated in accordance with applicable law.
Previous experience is not required. MaidPro provides complete training.
